I often get asked the question, “Sean what’s the ONE simple thing I can do for faster fat loss and better health?”

Providing you are already covering the foundation of fat loss, of a caloric deficit in your diet, and consistent resistance training, along with a healthy lifestyle of sleep and stress management, I recommend this below…

It sounds simple but don’t shrug it off, as it is a very powerful and proven method for faster fat loss, as well as for better mobility, mental and physical health.

It is to do a morning fasted walk (preferably outside)

I warned you that it was simple. Really? A fasted walk?

It costs you nothing extra to do, but a few minutes of your time.

If you can do 10 minutes consistently stick with that. If you can go a little longer, like 20–30 minutes, even better! But consistency matters more than intensity.
