Eat the Chips

Look, I get it — nobody wants to be that person who says they eat chips. Oh the horror!

And me a wellness coach, recommending them? Blasphemy!

Nobody wants to be that person who plows through an entire bag of potato chips complete with fats, carbs, emulsifiers, preservatives, and other stuff that’s likely to rot your gut health, send carcinogens pulsating through your veins, and take away your firstborn child.

But, you are at the grocery store and you decide to get a snack for the weekend

You see two choices:

Choice #1: Your Favourite Flavour Kettle Potato Chips
Choice #2: Simply Bean/Popcorn Quinoa Healthy Halo Hippie Chips

You get the drift…With each bag of chips in one hand, you start to look at them from the front and the back ingredients.

The bag of kettle potato chips looks like weight gain, diabetes and heart disease right?

And the “Quinoa Bean Healthy Chip” looks like hippie food and grainy goodness.

And then you realize that the “Quinoa Bean Healthy Chip” is non-GMO, pesticide-free, organic, all-natural, and is made with the fertilized manure of a magic unicorn.

And the classic potato chips?
