How to Speed Up a Slow Metabolism to Burn Fat Faster
Most people are focusing on the wrong thing

What’s really going on for 99% of people is that you are simply moving less (especially as you get older).
And most likely eating (and drinking) more calories than you think.
What is true is that we all have our Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), which is simply the number of calories we burn each day if we were to just lie in bed all day binge-watching Netflix. And while that number can vary greatly from person to person, it still doesn’t have much of an impact on your ability to lose body fat.
