“I hate cardio and love carbs so I stopped doing cardio and started eating bread again. But obviously…I gained the weight back.”

This is one of my favorite lines from an initial meeting I had with a client several years ago. This quote is not just funny, it is very informative as it speaks to why we so often gain the weight back after successfully losing it.
