If you are looking to make a big improvement somewhere in your life, whether, in your fitness, finances, or family, you only need to make this small change.

But first, know that nothing is going to change for you tomorrow.

Diets won’t make you smaller tomorrow.

Exercise won’t make you stronger tomorrow.

Finances, family, or friends won’t magically change overnight.

Health and happiness don’t change in a day.

But using the 1% a day rule will bring you improvement and lead to more success. Especially long-term sustainable success.

Just a little effort. Every. Single. Day.

Take all that energy and motivation you have when you first start working on a new habit and goal, and instead of blasting it all out from the get-go (only to burn out in a few weeks or at best a few months) relax this time and drip out that energy and enthusiasm.

Give yourself permission to only improve a little each day, then you build the foundation of a sustainable habit and greatly increase the chances of reaching your goal.
