The One Supplement You Should Probably Take For Better Health and Happiness

Throughout my teens and twenties, I battled with chronic migraines.

Episodes that would cause piercing headaches, nausea, and vomiting. Along with debilitating fatigue, and super sensitivity to light, noise, and smell.

I would also get twinkling fuzzy stars and lines floating across my field of vision before the migraine, known as auras.

Like dark clouds creeping over the horizon before a storm, these auras were always the warning sign that a migraine was on its way.

According to the American Migraine Foundation, about 25–30 percent of individuals with migraines experience auras.

Unfortunately, no over-the-counter or even prescription medicines that I tried really helped much with relief or to reduce reoccurrence.

The only method of relief I found once a migraine hit, was to go lie down in a dark, quiet room until I drifted off to sleep.

When I would wake up and the cerebral storm of pain had passed, I still felt the lingering after-effects of fatigue and a sore spot on my head that felt like someone sucker punched me in the temple.

It wasn’t until I got seriously into health and fitness and supplementation in my early twenties that I stumbled across this supplement that is now being referred to as a “miracle mineral”.

And now at 44 years old, I can understand why. As it came as close to a migraine cure as I could find.

Taking this simple supplement brought my occurrences of migraines from 1–2 times a month down to 1–2 times a year!

Plus, instead of any side effects, it came with many positive effects such as better sleep, fewer muscle cramps, less anxiety, and no more annoying eye twitches…
