Tomorrow is the start of a new week and Monday is like a mini New Years for people getting on track for the week, especially for fat loss goals.

If you struggle with fat loss or staying on track with your nutrition here are 10 things you must do to get back on track to seeing real results.

1. You Need A Plan

The bottom line is you need a plan. There are countless “diet” programs and nutritional programs out there. The best ones are based on proven practical habits that control portions and calories, enhance health (don‘t forget that one!), and also backed by sound science. Pick a method that fits your lifestyle and food preferences. Then start practicing them. One by one, and keep practicing them. Don’t start it on a Monday and ditch it on a Thursday. Give it a good month before you reassess or adjust.

Like exercising, eating well takes practice. Years even, to develop healthy habits.

2. Do Some Meal Prep On Sunday & Wednesday

“If you fail to plan then you plan to fail.”

You need a program, and then you need to have as much as your food ready as you can.
